Ingredients
50ml vodka
20ml blue curaçao
20ml pineapple juice
15ml fresh lime juice
10ml cane sugar syrup
Directions
- Add the vodka, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, lime juice and sugar syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
