50ml passion fruit rum
40ml pomegranate juice
15ml fresh lime juice
Lime wheel, to garnish
Directions
- Add the rum, pomegranate juice and lime juice to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
