Ingredients
50ml Baileys Irish Cream
25ml spiced rum
2-3 generous scoops of iced coffee ice cream
A splash of milk, to loosen
Directions
- Add the Baileys, spiced rum, coffee ice cream and a splash of milk to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and thick, loosening with a little more milk if needed.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
