A festive, fizzy cooler of vodka, mint syrup, lemonade and prosecco, finished with a crushed candy cane for a minty Christmas kick.

Ingredients

• 35ml vodka

• Lemonade, to top up

• Prosecco, to top up

• 10ml mint syrup

• 1-2 candy canes, crushed, to garnish

Directions

• Add the vodka and mint syrup to a glass over ice.
• Top up with equal parts lemonade and prosecco.
• Garnish with crushed candy cane.
