Ingredients
1 can Guinness Draught Stout
25ml Armorik French whisky
A few scoops of clotted cream ice cream
A splash of double cream
Whipped cream and salted caramel sauce, to finish
Directions
- Add the Guinness, whisky, ice cream and a splash of cream to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and thick.
- Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream and a drizzle of salted caramel sauce.
